Ordering

Ordering with Pink Paisley is an easy process. Simply browse around the online store and click the "Add to Cart" buttons to add the selected items to your shopping cart. Once you are happy with your selection, follow the on-screen instructions to complete the checkout process.

• Customer adds items to shopping cart
• When finished picking products, customer clicks on "View Checkout"
• Customer verifies the contents of cart and clicks "Checkout" button
• Customer enters the secure checkout process and fills out their contact / billing / delivery details
• Order confirmation email is sent to customer
• Pink Paisley Team, verify order, perform relevant fraud prevention checks and then dispatch order using "Royal Mail Signed For" delivery
• Customer is sent a shipping confirmation email
• Happy Customer receives order and signs for the package!

Payment

Pink Paisley accepts all major credit /debit cards through our payment provider, Protx. We reserve the right to decline and cancel any orders which fail to pass our Address and Identity Verification Processes. Due to the proliferation of internet credit card fraud, we reserve the right to decline any order where there is a discrepancy in card details. Your billing address is the address to which your credit card is registered.

Confirmation

Once your credit card payment has been authorised and your order has been accepted you will receive confirmation of the order by email and another email once your order is dispatched.

Postage and Packaging

Postage and packaging is FREE for standard delivery to all UK destinations. Orders are shipped via Royal Mail using First Class Recorded “Signed For” Delivery. It is important to remember that this will not guarantee next day delivery and should this be required, you should select the Next Day Delivery option for which there is an additional charge of £5.00.

Postage for all international destinations will cost £5.00

Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours, and will take between 1 to 10 days for UK destinations and up to 28 days for international orders. Allowances will need to be made for weekends and national holidays and delays caused by events outside of our control.

We will not deliver to PO Boxes.

Returns

Pink Paisley strives to ensure you are as happy as possible with your purchases. However, in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with either goods or services, then please contact us within 14 days so that we may rectify the situation. We are happy to refund or replace goods providing they are returned in original packaging and are unused. Due to reasons of health and hygiene this does not apply to pierced jewellery.

We strongly recommend that goods are returned by Recorded Delivery as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Once goods have been received back to us and upon satisfactory inspection of their condition, we will offer an exchange or refund the cost of the actual item, minus any postage costs and charges levied upon us by our credit card payment service providers.

Security

We use industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to allow for the encryption of potentially sensitive information such as your name, address and other critically sensitive information like your credit card details. Information passed between your computer and our Web site cannot be read in the event someone else intercepts it. This technology includes the following features:

Pink Paisley reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

We operate a strict policy to maintain the confidentiality of all personal information we receive. We do not share this information with any other parties. With your consent, we may contact you by e-mail in the future with details of new products and promotions. Should you not wish to receive this please e-mail us at unsubscribepink-paisley.com. Any information we hold about you will be in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We may use “cookies” to track usage patterns on our website. These will not contain any personal information relating to our customers. Your web browser may allow you not to accept cookies, should you wish. We will only send you information and offers relating to Pink Paisley if you have selected the option to join our mailing list. We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam).
